workouts are hard
You're not going to wake up with the body you want. You have to work for it. You might have to change your lifestyle a little bit.
Workouts are hard for me. Most days I want to give up. I do t have perfect form or execution. I have to modify every single one. But every time I do just a little better than the last time. And that's what it's all about.

Do that two more time until you have 4 tortillas in the stack. Top with remaining meat mixture and cheese.Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.Cut the stack in half to get one full-sized adult serving.
* Serving Suggestion: Make a salad out of romaine lettuce, fresh diced tomatoes, chopped sweet bell peppers and chopped cucumbers. Top with fresh squeezed lime juice.
*Freezer Meal: Make as directed but make the stack on top of a piece of tin foil instead of in a baking pan. Wrap up the stack and store it in your freezer. Then defrost and bake as directed.
Remember you can make adjustments to your liking!
Even luke liked it.
